Order Processing

All orders are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free shipping will be available for qualifying orders of $100.00 or over.

Domestic Shipping

Gogi Crunch ships only within the United States.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order is fulfilled.

International Shipping

International shipping is limited and subject to destination country regulations regarding beef jerky and meat products. Gogi Crunch is not responsible for packages held or rejected by customs. If international shipping is available, it will appear at checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier. Gogi Crunch is not liable for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Gogi Crunch is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses. Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If an order is lost or damaged during transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gogicrunch.com with your order number. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
